This Art Authentique website (hereinafter “the Site”) is operated by Marinno, a professional painter based in Laval, Quebec, Canada.
Access to and use of the Site implies full acceptance of these general conditions of use and sale.

Art Authentique offers original works of art painted in oil or acrylic for sale and rental.
Each work is unique, handmade, and accompanied by a detailed description (title, dimensions, technique, price).
Colors visible on screen may vary slightly from actual hues depending on the device used.

Orders are placed directly via the Site or by email contact.
All orders are confirmed after receipt of full payment.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
Payments are secured via the solutions offered on the Site.

Works are shipped within an average of 10 working days after confirmation of the order.
Delivery is guaranteed in Quebec and Canada, to the address provided by the customer.
Shipping costs and times vary depending on the destination and size of the artwork.
Authentic Art is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier.

Each work being unique and handmade, no returns or refunds are possible, except in the event of damage during transport.
The customer must report any damage within 48 hours of receiving the work, providing supporting photos.

For any custom creation, a 50% deposit is required before work begins.
The final work will be delivered after payment of the balance.
Custom orders are not exchangeable or refundable.

The works can be rented for professional spaces or events according to the terms defined at the time of the request.
Any work rented remains the exclusive property of the artist.

All works presented on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Marinno.
Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

The information collected (name, email, address, telephone) is used only for processing orders and communicating with customers.
Art Authentique undertakes never to sell or share this information with third parties.

These conditions are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec (Canada).
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Laval.
